ACU Staff Registration for Graduation

ACU Staff should use this form to nominate their participation in ACU Graduation ceremonies and to request loan of academic regalia.

You may register to be in the Academic Procession, to sit in the audience or to be an assistant supporting the Graduation team. Do NOT use this form if you are a staff member who is graduating from an ACU course.

BEFORE you register, please look at the full Graduation Schedule to ensure you select the correct ceremonies to attend.

Academic Regalia

Members of the audience and assistants at the ceremony do not require regalia.

Members of the academic procession should wear the academic dress prescribed for their own qualification and awarding institution.

Regalia is available for hire, however ACU PhD regalia (Blue gown) will only be supplied to ACU doctoral graduates due to limited stock.

I do not require regalia (member of audience/ceremony assistant) I will bring my own regalia I would like GFP to provide my Academic Regalia (Please complete qualification and discipline details below)

ACU Equivalent Hood/Stole Faculty Colour PhD regalia is specific to the awarding institution. Staff with PhD’s from other institutions will be provided with Masters robes and hoods in the colours of their employing Faculty and a doctoral bonnet.
